How to pay
We have created a simple, hassle-free mechanism for receiving payments from clients to avoid the problems of handling cash. This innovative system provides each client with two separate accounts with Indigo.
1) An Indigo points account
Clients buy Indigo points (in multiples of 10) to pay for our services e.g. cleaning, errand running, household repairs etc.
Each service has a different hourly rate, scroll to the bottom of the page for examples.
When you request a job (eg cleaning your house), we will quote the number of points it will cost. As long as you approve, the points will be deducted from your account and you can consider the job done!
2) An expense account
We don't want to disturb you every time we need small amounts of cash to pay for errands eg dry cleaning bills, flowers, grocery shopping. Your expense account is an online 'wallet' to pay for these kinds of goods.
We will upload all receipts to your account page so you can easily view all the expense transactions. The funds in your expense account are kept in a separate client account and can be refunded at your request.
3) Getting started - its easy!
- Log in to your account
- Add funds into both your Indigo points and expense accounts using the 'top up' button on the left hand side, at the top of this page.
